One of the non touristic areas of Nepal is Ganesh Himal region. Situating at the central part of Nepal and to the northeast of Kathmandu, this region offers a great view of surrounding to its visitors. This region is immensely rich in both flora and fauna. The trail will pass through beautiful forest of rhododendron, oak, pine and other several types of plants. Consisting the beautiful landscapes along with the dense forest and hide and seek views of the mountain will be glorious in many ways. While trekking at this region, we can get the best and closer view of the mountains of Langtang and Annapurna region.
The trekking route of this region passes through beautiful and traditional Tamang village along with several gorges and glaciers. While trekking at his region, we will get the opportunity to discover the extinct flora and fauna which will be obviously interesting. The trekking route will offers us the great view of around 35 mountains above 6000m. Besides the beautiful views of the mountains through our naked eyes, we will also get the opportunity to know more about the local culture and their life style. The trekking to this region begins from Kathmandu with the drive over to Trishuli bazaar which will continue for about 5 to 6 hours. Through the mixed culture settlement area, we will march towards the high lands of Ganesh Himal. We can enjoy in the route beauty also while trekking will be remarkable as well.
